How to Order

Ordering with Nexel Storage Systems & Equipment is easy! Simply shop our pages organized by shelving categories.

** When ordering through Nexel Storage Systems & Equipment with a credit card please note that your credit card statement will display System Concepts, Inc. NOT Nexel Storage Systems & Equipment**

• Once you find the desired product(s), click on applicable catalog number making sure you have selected the appropriate finish for your application.
• A screen showing the product description, price etc. is shown. Enter the desired quantity and click “Recalculate” to view total price for this item.
• Click the “Add to Cart” button. This “adds” the item to your shopping cart. Without doing this, the "Secure Checkout" button will not appear. If you wish to remove the item, click “Remove”.
• To add additional products to your order, click on “Shop Some More” and repeat the process until you’re done.
• Once you’re finished shopping, click on “Check Out” and complete your company information making sure you select shipping method desired. Click on “Submit”.
• Enter you payment choice and information to complete this order by clicking on “Submit”
• An order acknowledgement is displayed which you should print out and retain for your records. A copy of this order acknowledgement will also be sent to the email address you provided.
• Any questions while ordering please call 877-336-3935 between 9:00am and 5:00pm EST.
• The minimum return is $300.00 and minimum restocking fee is $75.00. Orders wishing to be returned are subject to a 25% restocking fee plus freight both ways. In addition, an 8% credit card fee will be deducted from the refunded amount on returned or cancelled orders. This pays for the credit card company's processing fees on the order and the refund. Returns must be authorized, marked with the Return Authorization number and in new, resellable condition in original packaging before credit will be issued. Orders returned that were charged the maximum $175.00 freight may be charged additional freight if returned, as we pay any freight over the $175.00 as a courtesy to our customers.
• You are responsible for checking the product for concealed damage while the driver is still there prior to signing for it.  We cannot be held liable for damaged product that is signed for clear, as most shipping companies will not reimburse for concealed damage.
• If ordering from Alaska or Hawaii Next Day Air charges may apply. We will contact you with additional charges.
